The BOBST EXPERTCUT 1.6 punching machine is a production line for flat punch packaging that supports three types of waves E, B and C.
Punching is a machining process in which corrugated boards and cardboards with a complex shape are cut using a tool called a punch form with built-in sharp steel knives bent according to the outline of the finished product and a press providing strong pressure.
The minimum width of the countertop is 600mm, and the maximum 1580mm with a minimum height of 600mm and a maximum of 1100mm.
The trenching capacity is 8000 countertops per hour.
